Land Trust Alliance (LTA)
Founded in 1982, LTA is the national leader of the private land conservation movement, promoting voluntary land conservation across the country. LTA provides resources, leadership and training to the nation's 1200 plus nonprofit, grassroots land trusts, helping them to protect important open spaces.

 Montour Trail
The Montour Trail is a multi-use, non-motorized recreational trail near Pittsburgh, PA, that will ultimately extend 47 miles from Coraopolis to Clairton, PA. The Montour Trail Council is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization that builds, operates and maintains the trail.

The Washington County Watershed Alliance is a 501c3 umbrella organization which coordinates the county-wide efforts of its member Watershed Associations: Buffalo Creek, Chartiers Creek, Cross Creek, Peters Creek, Pike Run, Raccoon Creek, Ten Mile Creek, and Upper Wheeling Creek.
